Recruiting Team LeadAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a high-accountability leader to oversee both team performance and personal execution. This role requires someone who is comfortable recruiting while also leading, managing, and holding a team of recruiters accountable to clear expectations and results.You will be responsible for driving consistency, structure, and performance across your team while also contributing directly to recruiting activity yourself.What You’ll Do
  • Lead, manage, and hold a team of recruiters accountable to weekly performance expectations 
  • Actively recruit and contribute to your own production (sourcing, submittals, outreach, etc.) 
  • Own team execution across core metrics including activities, submittals, outreach, and billing contractors 
  • Delegate and manage workload across the team to ensure consistent output 
  • Support account management responsibilities and client needs as required 
  • Drive clarity, structure, and accountability within the team 
  • Identify performance gaps early and provide direct coaching and feedback 
  • Partner with leadership to align on goals, expectations, and performance standards

  • Prior management or leadership experience required 
  • Strong accountability mindset with a track record of driving performance 
  • Comfortable balancing individual production with leadership responsibilities 
  • Strong communicator who is direct, clear, and consistent 
  • Ability to coach, develop, and improve performance in others 
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and execution-focused 
  • Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
