Position: Technical Recruiter in Reston, VA
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruiting/staffing experience
- Over 1 year of cold calling, ATS, and job board usage (Monster, DICE, Indeed, LinkedIn, Clearance Jobs)
- Ability to type 65+ WPM with excellent grammar and phone etiquette
- Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Chrome)
- Positive attitude and proactive nature
- Bachelor’s Degree not required
Responsibilities:
- Make placements by collaborating with Account Managers to fill open positions
- Reach out to applicants via 50-100+ calls daily
- Check references and backgrounds
- Qualify candidates, negotiate pay, coordinate screening, and facilitate onboarding
- Utilize tools like Jobdiva, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn using complex Boolean searches
