The Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to support student recruitment and marketing efforts for the School of Pharmacy (SOP). This position combines leadership, planning, and communication responsibilities to enhance enrollment, promote the SOP brand, and engage prospective students through various channels and events. Responsibilities include oversight of student recruitment, including executing school visits, coordinating recruitment events, management of CRM software, and providing guided informational tours for prospective students. Utilize systems such as Banner, MUBert, PharmCAS, Word, Excel, Salesforce and other relevant technologies. Travel, including some overnight travel, is an essential part of the recruitment efforts of this position.

Additionally, this position will assist in the creation and production of marketing and communication materials across digital, social media, email, print, and other platforms. Maintain and develop SOP marketing content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and media releases. Manage communication efforts and ensure dissemination of accurate and pertinent information. Maintain an active presence on social media platforms, including graphic design and content development.
