Job Description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs. Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client brief to candidate placement. Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients and candidates. Provide market insights and advice to clients and candidates. Consistently meet or exceed sales and placement targets. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
