Recruitment Consulting - Sourcer Intern
Responsibilities may include:
Matching and messaging candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
Overseeing candidate and client communication via emails and calls
Finding highly specialized candidates on resume database sites such as ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and others
Building targeted marketing lists in niche technical industries for the Sales team
Formatting resumes and creating candidate marketing profiles
