What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Candidate Engagement: Design and implement creative outreach initiatives to maintain high levels of engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with pipeline talent, minimizing drop-off during the security clearance process through proactive and empathetic communication.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition, Frontline Operations, and Security teams to monitor background clearances and facilitate a professional handoff to the onboarding team.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, candidate care, customer success, or professional hospitality.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills characterized by a warm, professional, and empathetic tone.

  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work independently. You must be proficient at managing multiple candidate tracking spreadsheets and simultaneous inquiries without oversight.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); preferably Workday, and the Google Workspace suite.

  • A proactive mindset to anticipate changing needs, troubleshoot complex scheduling conflicts, and resolve candidate concerns with urgency and poise.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $31.00 per hour.

  • Work Schedule: 40-hour work week.

  • Location: Dallas, Texas - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite at 8600 Harry Hines Boulevard / 3 days remote).

  • Contract Duration: Temporary assignment expected to last 6-9 months.
