Title - Recruitment Coordinator
Location:
Framingham, MA | Hybrid; 3 days per week in office
Duration: 6 month contract (possibility for extension)
Schedule: 9am - 5pm ET
Pay rate: $27/hr

Role Impact
Supports the end-to-end talent acquisition process by delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience. Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting operations. Contributes to process improvements, recruiting technology adoption, and talent programs that help attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Interview scheduling and coordination across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Candidate experience management including interview logistics, travel arrangements, and communication support
• New hire onboarding coordination including orientation support and cross-functional logistics management
• Employer branding support across LinkedIn, Built In, and other talent attraction platforms
• Campus recruiting and early talent program coordination for internships, co-ops, and recruiting events
• Recruiting process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization projects
• Talent acquisition administrative support including entry-level resume screening and candidate sourcing
• Recruiting technology implementation support including scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and process enhancements

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition, or related experience
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR software experience
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills
