Responsibilities:
Manage the talent acquisition software (Icims):
- Identify updates and new configuration needed
- Develop and maintain reports to provide employment/recruitment metrics to Assistant Director and Director of Human Resources
- Teach new supervisors how to properly utilize the HRIS software
- Provide refresher training on software and HR best practices for hiring supervisors
- Provide continuous guidance on software to the Recruitment Team
Develop Key Relationships for Nursing/Clinical Positions:
- Identify colleges, programs, etc locally to develop relationships with for all nursing/clinical positions (RN, LPN, Medical Assistants, CNA)
- Establish a schedule to present to the defined relevant schools/programs to upcoming graduates
- Represent AltaPointe at all clinical job fairs
Mentor:
- Mentor the HR Specialists on best recruitment practices
- Provide continuous guidance on talent acquisition software to the Recruitment Team
Recruit for Nursing and other assigned positions:
- Be the primary recruiter for all nursing roles
- Source applicants through multiple avenues
- Provide additional avenues to reach applicants for all open positions
Manage the selection process:
- Screen all applicants who apply for minimum qualifications and narrow down based on preferred qualifications
- Ensure that applicants previously employed with AH are eligible for rehire through system checks and previous supervisor referrals
- Interview candidates deemed most qualified and coordinate follow-up interviews with appropriate leaders as needed
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.
- Correspond with applicants as appropriate
Coordinate new employment process:
- Offer employment, schedule pre-employment date/time, send background authorization, send on-boarding documents and schedule for orientation
- Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements, including background check, drug screen and physical prior to new hire’s start date
Maintain compliant records:
- Verify required licenses or certifications prior to sending to second level interview
- Act as the portal for all internal employment paperwork ensuring that the leaders are compliant with AH requirements
- Record all aspects of the selection process and communication with applicants in talent acquisition software
Assist Assistant Director in operations of department:
- Assist in special projects as needed
- Identify and create any additional training as needed
- Perform related duties as requested
- Plan interview events with HR Specialist
Manage the full lifecycle of provider credentialing and recredentialing for applicable staff.
- Review, verify, and validate all provider credentials including education, training, licensure, certifications, and work history.
- Ensure timely submission of complete provider files for Credentialing Committee approval process.
- Track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, DEA, malpractice insurance, and other time-sensitive credentials using Credential Stream alerts.
- Provide training or guidance to team members on Credential Stream usage and updates.
- Generate credentialing status reports and support audits using data from Credential Stream.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field; five years of human resources experience related to recruitment. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Knowledge of recruitment life cycle and provider credentialing preferred. Experience in Microsoft Word, HRIS and spreadsheet applications. Certification in the field (PHR, SHRM-CP) strongly preferred.
