Responsibilities The Recruitment Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR Director and HR Manager in various human resources functions for both facility locations. Assisting with various stages of recruitment, applicant onboarding, employment processes, and maintenance of the HRIS personnel data system. Provide guidance to employees on Human Resources issues. Maintain personnel files to meet regulatory compliance. Handle multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of personnel information. Perform duties in accordance with company mission, values, and behavioral standards. Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital (a UHS facility) Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient and residential treatment services for youth ages 5-17, as well as inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services for adults ages 18+. Our treatment programs provide a structured and supportive treatment environment that promotes self-acceptance and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. Our multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum of five years human resources experience in a healthcare setting, with emphasis in recruitment, strongly preferred. SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
