Your opportunity: Recruitment Coordinator / Jr. Recruiter to support a team of Recruitment Consultants that provide recruitment consulting services for clients throughout the United States.
Recruitment Coordinator / Jr. Recruiter - Your Impact
You will support several clients where you will manage dedicated searches, following established processes and checklists to support clients with talent acquisition including candidate sourcing, screening and working in an ATS/CRM system.
- Perform candidate sourcing using various sourcing channels
- Perform candidate screening and present qualified candidates to clients / move candidates through the recruitment funnel
In addition, you will support the recruitment team with additional tasks that expand your experience in recruitment.
- Receive resumes from job boards and upload them directly into the ATS/CRM system
- Send background check requests to candidates
- Download candidate culture index reports and communicate next steps to recruitment team
- Post job postings in our software platform (post, check for refresh, post hot jobs)
Recruitment Coordinator / Jr. Recruiter – You Bring (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)
- Ability to operate in a rapid volume environment where you are receiving many emails a day from different sources / you are very organized
- Desire to expand your existing skills in recruiting / talent acquisition or human resources
- Tech savvy – you are comfortable working in a CRM and learning new technologies
- Attention to detail – you identify potential inconsistencies and have a keen eye
- Comfort and flexibility with change / small business adaptability – we are in a period of growth and this requires you to be flexible and adapt to changing processes and technologies
- A sense of urgency to work in a quick-pace environment and stay one step ahead of a very busy team
