The Recruitment Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, medical staff credentialing and provider enrollment, and providing general human resources support. This position serves as a key liaison between applicants, providers, department leaders, medical staff leadership, and Human Resources to ensure timely hiring, provider onboarding, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. The Recruitment Credentialing Coordinator supports all aspects of the employment lifecycle while maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation, and organization standards. This position is cross trained in Human Resources functions to provide departmental support and continuity of operations. Perform other duties as requested or assigned. May be required to work varying hours. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. LICENSE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATION No requirements EXPERIENCE Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, credentialing, healthcare administration, or related administrative experience. Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. Working knowledge of provider enrollment processes, insurance payer credentialing, and medical staff credentialing requirements preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
