Job Title: Sourcing Manager Location: Austin, Texas Location Requirements: Hybrid 3 days in office) Contract Duration: 4 months with the possibility for extension Pay Rate: $37-41 per hour (W2)
Position Summary
The Strategic Sourcing professional will support the development and execution of sourcing and negotiation strategies across technology categories to deliver sustainable business results. This role partners with global category teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive sourcing initiatives, optimize supplier relationships, and achieve cost savings while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and execution of sourcing and negotiation strategies across technology categories.
Partner with global category teams to gather requirements, conduct benchmarking, and identify best-in-class sourcing practices.
Coordinate cross-functional sourcing initiatives and ensure key milestones and project checkpoints are met.
Assist in translating business objectives into sourcing plans and supplier management strategies.
Support supplier selection activities and contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and cost efficiencies.
Help drive multiple concurrent sourcing projects, evaluating alternatives and optimizing outcomes.
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience, or 5+ years of relevant work experience with an advanced degree.
Experience using analytical and problem-solving tools, including Microsoft Excel.
Experience with contract management and supplier negotiations.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience communicating with senior leadership.
Experience with purchasing and procurement systems, including:
Ariba
Coupa
DocuSign
Oracle
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Project management and multi-project coordination experience.
Supplier relationship management.
