DelRicht is seeking a Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist to help interested patients access clinical trial opportunities. In this on-site, phone-based role, you'll leverage prior sales experience to follow up with warm leads (no cold calling!) and guide patients through the first steps of their clinical trial journey.

What You'll Do
- Maintain a high volume of calls to patients to assess eligibility, answer questions, and explain study requirements (our marketing and outreach efforts generate warm leads - no cold calling!)
- Schedule qualified patients for initial clinic visits and follow up throughout their journey
- Handle patient calls and partner with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals
What You'll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing sales role
- Compassionate, people-focused communication skills
- A self-motivated, coachable, organized approach, and comfort learning new technology and systems
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits
- Base rate: $16.00-$18.00/hour, plus uncapped commission (paid biweekly!)
- Average first-year earnings: approximately $46,000–$54,000 with significantly higher earning potential based on performance.
