We are looking for a proactive, people-focused Recruitment Specialist to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our growing organization. In this role, you will source, screen, and engage candidates, partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various functions (healthcare, finance, IT, operations, etc.).
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, Linkedin, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and interest.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Craft and send compelling outreach messages to passive candidates, ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions across multiple job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, niche boards, etc.).
- Ensure job postings are optimized for search visibility (clear titles, salary ranges, location, etc.).
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with the ability to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and partner with hiring managers effectively.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of the recruitment process from end-to-end.
