Recycling Plant Laborer (Outdoor)

We’re hiring handson, reliable General Laborers for a food upcycling plant. This role is outdoors, physical, and fastpaced — perfect for someone who likes staying busy and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

What You’ll Do:

• Work around industrial grinders & support machine operation

• Maintain water levels, monitor flow, clear blockages

• Perform general labor & warehouse tasks (break down boxes, organize, clean)

• Troubleshoot machines to ensure no food is stuck

• Keep work zones clean, safe, and running smoothly

Environment:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions

• Smelly, wet, industrial environment

• Must be comfortable with physical labor and PPE

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years manufacturing, waste management, and or recycling experience

• Mechanically inclined, quick learner

• Can work outdoors daily

• Reliable, safetyminded, teamoriented

Shift:

• 1pm - 9:30pm; Monday to Friday
• Must be able to work alternate Saturdays
• Must be available for overtime as needed

Pay:
