Compensation: $103,000 - $130,000 annually (represents base + incentive)

You'll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment (takes less than 20 minutes total), then move through structured interviews, work samples, and culture-focused interviews. We respect your time and promise clear, timely communication throughout.
Your Purpose
Dynamic's Recycling business has been the foundation of our company for decades. Today, it remains a critical strategic advantage - fueling our vertically integrated business model, offering sustainable solutions for end-of-life technology, and creating long-term value for our customers, our business, and the environment.
As the Recycling Sales Manager, you'll lead the commercial strategy for this essential business while helping shape its next chapter. Collaborating across the organization, you'll ensure we continue building strong supply partnerships, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional value to customers across our recycling network.
Your team is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with municipalities, OEMs, collectors, manufacturers, commercial generators, and strategic suppliers to secure the material streams that drive our business. From Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs to high-value scrap purchasing and strategic sourcing initiatives, you'll strengthen Dynamic's position as the preferred partner throughout the recycling ecosystem.
Success in this role won't simply be measured by revenue growth. It will be measured by the strength of the team you develop, the quality of our customer relationships, the margin improvement you generate, and your ability to position Dynamic's Recycling business for sustainable long-term success.
You'll report directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, a respected leader with a proven track record of developing talent, building high-performing commercial teams, and making a strategic impact on the business. You'll have the opportunity to accelerate your own leadership growth while helping shape one of Dynamic's most important business segments and influencing the company's future for years to come.
