TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor I

POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, facility safety, and efficient production support. This role involves hands-on leadership, coordination with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical fieldProven experience in industrial maintenance or a related supervisory roleStrong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagramsStrong computer skills: ability to research and source replacement parts is criticalExperience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferredEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessaryCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactionsEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, organize, and supervise all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenanceMaintain and update the CMMS with site details, maintenance schedules, and repair work ordersCoordinate with the Plant Manager to schedule planned machine downtime for preventive maintenance and repairsCollaborate with operations and engineering teams on equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiativesSource repair parts and manage inventory in coordination with the purchasing teamLead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on timeTroubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility-related issuesMaintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentationPerform other duties as requested by managementAll other duties as directed by management
