Ready to get on the road with reliable equipment, consistent freight, and weekly pay? We are hiring CDL-A OTR drivers to haul refrigerated freight.

What We Offer

• Kenworth T680 tractors, 4 years old or newer
• Automatic transmissions
• Outward-facing cameras only
• 24-hour dispatch
• Benefits available after 60 days of employment

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
• Must meet at least one of the following experience requirements:
  • 3 months of OTR experience within the last 6 months, or
  • 6 months of OTR experience within the last year, or
  • 1 year of OTR/Regional experience within the last 18 months
• Training time does not count toward required driving experience
• Must meet driving-record, accident, background, DOT physical, and drug-screening requirements
• No preventable accidents within the last 6 months
• No reckless driving within the last 5 years
• No texting-while-driving violation while holding a CDL
• DUI must be outside the last 3 years; additional DUI/DWI restrictions apply
• No DUI in a commercial vehicle
• No DOT drug or alcohol violations
• Must pass required physical examination and pre-employment drug screening

Paid Orientation

 Olathe, Kansas

Company Drivers

• 3-day orientation
• $100 per day
• All Company Drivers complete a 3-week Extended Orientation with a Lead Orientation Driver
• Extended Orientation pays $150 per day

Travel & Lodging

• Hotel provided
• Rental-car reimbursement

The Job

 Freight: Reefer — including boxed beef, chicken, pork, beer, and general commodities
️ Running Area: Lower 48 states, including NYC/Hunts Point
 No-Touch Freight: 99%
 Drop & Hook: 70%
 Pay: .45cpm - .65cpm Based on safe driving; paid every Friday
