You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet operating efficiently and safely, ensuring our products stay fresh from field to table. What You’ll Do:
What You Need to Succeed: High school diploma or equivalent required Vocational or technical training in refrigeration preferred Experience as a Transport Refrigeration Mechanic or in a similar role Proficiency with refrigeration unit diagnostics and repairs Understanding of electrical systems, refrigerants, and controls Ability to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent time management and organization skills Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required EPA 608 certification a plus Class A license a plus (for post-repair drive testing).
