Job Description: Reference Data Operations Analyst
General Information
The Operations and Middle Office department is one of the largest groups at Millennium. The Data Operations team resides within the Control function of Ops & MO and is responsible for overseeing the firm''s Global Security Master through various data quality measures. The team is also responsible for managing processes to onboard new securities and attributes.
This role sits at the intersection of Reference Data and Bank Debt/Leveraged Loans Operations, ensuring all aspects of security setup are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across the firm to ensure these assets are operationally serviced, accurately priced and appropriately risk managed, while maintaining the integrity of Millennium''s Global Security Master.
We are seeking a driven and thorough professional who is a self-starter with close attention to detail and a strong background in financial services - specifically in Bank Debt, Security Master and Reference Data. The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
