The Role

The Referral Clinical Coordinator responds to potential referrals, gathers and interprets medical information to assess suitability, collaborates with hospital medical teams on care planning and documentation, facilitates end-of-life discussions with families and authorizing parties, and supports the full donation and recovery process, including transportation, logistics, and documentation.

Schedule 12-hour night shifts, 7PM to 7AM. Seven days in a two-week period including alternating weekends.

Compensation $64,464 to $77,077 annually. Night shift differential available.

What You Bring

• Active EMT, Paramedic, or LVN license required
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in the medical field with strong medical terminology knowledge
• Current California driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation required
