Referrals Assistant

Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida is a premier multi-specialty practice with locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Referrals Assistant to join our Administration team in Fort Myers. Schedule is Monday through Friday, Day Shift.

Our Referrals Assistant:

• Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers
• Review and track referral requests for the Referrals department
• Assist Referral Specialists with day-to-day operations
• Record information accurately into our patient management system
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations

To be Successful - You Need:

• Experience working in a high volume office environment
• Great attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to handle all interactions in a professional manner
• One year of medical office experience or a combination of education and office experience required.
• Prior medical referral experience preferred
