Hourly Pay: $30.50-$35.55

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Referrals and Telemedicine team by providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, training, and performance development while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
  • Oversee referral and telemedicine operations by ensuring timely scheduling, accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW), and adherence to departmental workflows and service standards.
  • Build strong partnerships with providers, clinical teams, and external specialists to expand referral networks, improve communication, and enhance patient access to specialty care.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring key performance metrics, conducting quality audits, developing standardized procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across clinic locations.
  • Partner with leadership to implement process improvements, support hiring and onboarding, communicate departmental priorities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience:

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with healthcare referral functions.
  • Minimum 2 year of previous supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Medi-Cal insurance eligibility, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, workers’ compensation, auto insurance and private insurance.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with an EHR, preferably EClinicalWorks or similar EHR
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Current & valid CA Driver’s License, vehicle insurance and DMV printout.
