We’re hiring a Refrigeration and Climate Control Educator to coach the next wave of technicians. You don’t need teaching experience—if you know the craft, we’ll show you how to teach it. And yes, we’re offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Your impact

What you’ll teach and reinforce
- Refrigeration systems
- Heating and air conditioning fundamentals and advanced troubleshooting
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4 years of practical work experience within the last 10 years.
- EPA 608/Universal is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, patience, and empathy for diverse learners.
Pay and schedule
- $36–$40 per hour, plus opportunity for OT.
- Weekends OFF.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus.
