Sign-on bonus: Earn $1,000—paid as $250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.

Your impact

  • Assemble complete HVAC/R systems along with subassemblies and components.
  • Confirm performance against engineering specifications and record outcomes.
  • Author and maintain clear, repeatable manufacturing procedures.
  • Solder copper tubing with consistency and care.
  • Troubleshoot defects, isolate root causes, and implement fixes.
  • Address issues with broken or defective parts, products, and equipment.
  • Calibrate, test, and upkeep production and test equipment.

Bring these qualifications

  • High mechanical aptitude; meticulous and safety-minded.
  • Comfort reading blueprints and product specifications in English.
  • Copper-tube soldering experience (preferred).
  • EPA 608 certification (preferred).
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Reliably start at 6:00 AM.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule, pay, and perks

  • All employees on day shift; 40 hours/week, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
  • Optional Saturday overtime from 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
