Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a skilled and customer-focused Refrigeration Mobile Technician to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial refrigeration units and equipment such as walk in freezers, ice machines, rack systems, reach in coolers, etc. Youll play a key part in ensuring clients operations run smoothly by delivering high-quality service, building strong customer relationships, and promoting preventative maintenance solutions. This position offers the opportunity to grow your technical expertise through ongoing training and certifications while contributing to a collaborative and service-driven team environment. There will be a company vehicle provided, and overtime offered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform troubleshooting, repair, installations and preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment (walk in freezers/refrigerators, ice machines, refrigerated rack systems, reach in coolers, etc.)

- Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Effectively manage time and resources to control costs, enhance efficiencies, and meet commitments

- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers

- Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations

- Promote appropriate services, products, and maintenance programs

Skills and Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent

- 3+ years of commercial equipment repair experience refrigeration / HVACR Focused

- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 yrs) / driving up to 1.5 hours for a job

- Ability to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation that includes nights and weekends (every 8 days)

- Open and some flexibility to overtime when needed, due to customer demand

- Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (must have Universal EPA or CFESA)

- Willingness to take a written assessment during the interview process null
