We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical and refrigeration projects from pre-construction through completion. This role will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities -
- Plan and manage mechanical/refrigeration construction projects
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Work hands on with project crews to ensure timely completion of projects. Inspect quality of work for all aspects of the project and ensure that it meets company standards
- Serve as primary client contact for project execution and proactively identify and resolve project issues proactively
- Manage project documentation and reporting
Job Requirements -
- 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical or refrigeration contracting
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems preferred.
-Strong knowledge and experience with Heavy Industrial construction. Industrial piping, equipment erection, ect.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
