Our client is an established technical firm seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity for a candidate with a strong technical background and proven experience managing projects involving refrigeration, HVAC, and water pumping systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable working independently across multiple active projects.

Job Responsibilities -

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from initiation through completion.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations throughout each project.

- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure project deliverables align with client requirements.

- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, including handling phone-based communications.

- Travel domestically on a project basis to support client meetings and on-site project oversight.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines independently.



Job Requirements -

- 3+ years of experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment.

- Background in refrigeration, HVAC, and/or water pumping systems strongly preferred for technical fluency.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills across concurrent projects.

- Strong communication skills, including comfort managing client-facing phone interactions.

- Ability to travel domestically as needed; valid U.S. passport required.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight.

- Familiarity with CAD documentation for project coordination purposes preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
