Refrigeration Technician

Job Overview:

Alon Management is seeking Refrigeration Technicians who are both tactical and strategic facilities professionals who can ensure our facilities are in good repair.

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities & Duties:

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for executing aspects of the company's preventive maintenance and repair strategy. The Refrigeration Technician will report to the Restaurant Facilities Lead. The Refrigeration Technician will support assigned restaurants as business needs dictate. Day to day responsibilities include:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Install new refrigeration units.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of cooling systems.

• Basic electrical skills
• Refrigeration skills
• Equipment repair skills
• HVAC knowledge

Certifications:

• EPA certified
