Description:
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Refund Specialists to join a fast-paced Cash Management team. This is a contract opportunity expected to last 6–9 months, with potential for extension based on business needs.

This role is ideal for candidates with entry-level experience in cash handling, banking, retail, or accounting environments—such as bank tellers or individuals responsible for balancing cash drawers—who are looking to grow their skills in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Print and organize daily refund documentation
  • Review refund logs and transactions for accuracy
  • Approve refunds within internal reporting systems
  • Match and reconcile incoming refund checks
  • Prepare and mail refund checks to recipients
  • Research and resolve outstanding or uncashed checks
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness

Qualifications
Required:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience using a 10-key keypad
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:
  • 1–2 years of experience in cash handling, banking, accounting, or related fields
    (Examples: bank teller, retail cash office, accounts receivable/payable support)

Work Environment
  • Onsite, office-based role in a professional setting
  • Structured, high-volume workflow with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
