Refurbishing Assembler Technician - 1st Shift

Volt is immediately hiring a Refurbishing Assembler Technician in Chino, CA.

As a Refurbishing Assembler Technician, you will:

• Inspect, test, diagnose, and refurbish Wi-Fi routers and networking devices
• Perform basic troubleshooting, resets, firmware updates, and functionality testing
• Clean, repackage, and prepare refurbished units for resale or redeployment
• Identify defective units and properly document issues and disposition
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of testing, repairs, and inventory movement
• Assist with packing, labeling, sorting, and palletizing products
• Load and unload shipments manually or with basic material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support other departments with miscellaneous warehouse or production tasks
• Perform repetitive tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards

This is a full-time temp to possible temp to hire position.

Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Possible OT – before shift) Possible Saturday’s. currently working 5:00AM - 5:35PM for the next 6-8 weeks

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Refurbishing / Test Operator experience is a Huge Plus!
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must have RF scanner experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable to read/write/speak in English
• Capable to follow written and verbally-instructed processes
• Basic computer skills for data entry and testing system
• Basic understanding of electronics or networking equipment is a plus

Pay Rate:  $21.00 Per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
