Compensation: $100K+ DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the metals industry
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met
- Monitor customer performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements
- Manage customer-specific inventory and forecast revenue, margins, and demand
- Communicate market insights, trends, and customer feedback internally
- Travel up to 50% as needed to support client relationships and business development
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the metals industry is required
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience
- Proven track record of growing accounts and driving revenue
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in CRM systems and business software
- Bachelors degree preferred
