POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Regional Administrator, your roles and responsibilities will include:

" Provide operational and financial oversight for multiple ambulatory surgery facilities.
" Lead day-to-day facility operations in partnership with administrators, medical staff, and governing boards.
" Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
" Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
" Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
" Support physician partnerships, credentialing processes, and medical staff relations.
" Lead and develop facility leadership teams; oversee workforce planning and performance management.
" Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
" Oversee vendor, service, and physician contracts.
" Partner with the Home Office on operational reviews, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
" Identify opportunities for service line growth and operational improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Regional Administrator who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Regional Administrator would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

" Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience.
" Hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.
" Multi-facility healthcare operations and financial oversight.
" Regulatory, accreditation, quality, and patient safety compliance.
" Operating, staffing, and capital budget management.
" Physician partnerships, credentialing, and medical staff relations.
" Leadership development, workforce planning, and performance management.
" Quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience.
" Vendor, service, and physician contract management.
" Strategic planning, operational improvement, and service line growth.
" Ability to travel occasionally.
