Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. • Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts. Shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.
• Regional Coverage Role: This position supports our Chicago-area centers, including Chicago, Glenview, and Hoffman Estates. Reliable personal transportation is required for travel between centers.

What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Patient Care

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments according to clinical protocols
• Monitor patient responses and comfort during treatment
• Complete psychiatric rating scales and clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate support throughout the patient journey

Coordinate the Patient Experience

• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EHR)
• Support financial and administrative processes

Support Clinic Operations

• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed
• Help ensure efficient daily clinic operations

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification (Required)'
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (Preferred)
• Experience in fast-paced patient-facing, customer service, or healthcare environments
• Stable and consistent work history
• Healthcare experience or internship equivalent to one year (Preferred)

Technical Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be willing and able to travel between Chicago-area clinic locations as needed to meet business and operational needs.
• Reliable transportation
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided upon hire).

Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual.
