Regional Branch Manager

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Regional Branch Managerwho thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Retail Services.

 

The ideal candidate:

A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related field and 5+ years in financial services, retail banking, or comparable sales and service environment are preferred. Successful candidates should have demonstrated success coaching and developing managers and frontline employees, and a proven ability to lead teams toward measurable sales, growth, and member experience goals. Experience with performance management, employee development, successful planning, and developing community, business, and referral relationships is preferred.
