Business Development ManagerOur client is a well-respected general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering successful projects within multifamily and commercial sectors. With a relationship-driven culture and a mission to build lasting partnerships, they are seeking a Business Development Manager who shares their passion for bettering the community through construction.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and pursue new opportunities in the commercial construction sector.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, developers, owners, and public sector decision-makers.Represent the company at industry events, community functions, trade shows, and networking opportunities.Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.Collaborate with internal teams, including preconstruction and project management, to align pursuits with capabilities and client needs.Maintain an active pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools and regular reporting to leadership.Champion the company's values and mission in every client interaction, with a focus on community impact and long-term partnership.Regular regional travel required.
