Currently we are seeking Regional Business Development Team Leader EMEA.

The Regional Business Development Team Leader drives profitable growth across the PMCC business by leading a regional team of Business Development Managers. The role is responsible for developing and executing regional growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, strengthening strategic customer engagement, and ensuring successful deployment of segment and commercial initiatives. The position serves as the key link between regional commercial execution and divisional growth objectives.

This position requires candidates to be based in Hungary , Poland or Czech Republic.

What you'll do:

• PMCC Commercial Performance & Business Planning
• Lead regional commercial performance management activities for the PMCC Division, ensuring delivery of sales, orders, profitability, pipeline, and forecast objectives.
• Drive PMCC quarterly business reviews and performance improvement actions across the region.
• Monitor PMCC business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate corrective actions with Zone Sales and divisional leadership.
• Support achievement of PMCC profit plan commitments and long-term growth targets.
• Lead execution of PMCC pricing strategies and profitability improvement initiatives across the region.
• Drive price realization, margin expansion, and commercial discipline in partnership with Zone Sales teams.
• Monitor profitability performance, competitive positioning, and pricing effectiveness.
• Provide commercial recommendations to improve PMCC financial performance and sustainable growth.
• Identify new applications, market segments, growth platforms, and business opportunities for the PMCC Division.
• Lead deployment of PMCC growth initiatives and market development programs within the region.
• Support development and execution of PMCC go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
• Translate PMCC divisional strategy into actionable regional growth plans.
• Establish governance processes to improve PMCC pipeline quality, opportunity visibility, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead regular pipeline and business planning reviews with regional stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent performance management through data-driven insights and analytics.
• Drive increased predictability and visibility of PMCC business performance.
• Drive adoption of PMCC commercial processes, tools, best practices, and governance standards.
• Lead execution of divisional strategic initiatives and regional growth programs.
• Support resolution of complex commercial issues and business escalations impacting PMCC performance.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across PMCC commercial operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Business Development Managers dedicated to the PMCC Division.
• Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans aligned with PMCC priorities.
• Build organizational capability in commercial excellence, pricing, market development, and business planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and profitable growth.
• Cross-Functional PMCC Business Leadership
• Act as the primary commercial partner between PMCC divisional leadership and Zone Sales organizations.
• Collaborate closely with PMCC Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and CSO teams.
• Represent regional market opportunities, customer needs, and business insights to PMCC leadership.
• Ensure alignment between PMCC strategic priorities and regional execution plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in marketing and sales or similiar

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial Leadership

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a matrix organization

• Proven experience leading regional or multi-country growth initiatives

• Fluent English is required. Knowledge of an additional European language will be considered a strong advantage.

• An engineering degree or technical background would be a plus
