Regional Business Office Manager

Salary: $125,689.26 - $170,049.54 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive operational accuracy by directing financial, billing, and administrative workflows to maintain full regulatory compliance and fiscal health across the region.

• Budget & Resources: Optimize revenue cycle performance by auditing billing practices and resolving complex account issues to maximize reimbursement and protect financial sustainability.

• Metrics & Liaison: Partner with regional leadership to analyze financial trends, mitigate operational risks, and implement strategies that support long-term organizational growth.

• People Management: Empower and lead business office teams through ongoing coaching, training, and support to ensure consistent service standards and high employee engagement.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Project Mgmt Professional, preferred.
• Clinical Specialist. Clinical License preferred.

Education:

 

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

What additional requirements you'll need:

• 3 years of Business Office Manager experience within a Skilling nursing/Long term care environment
• Comprehensive billing and compliance experience. Demonstrated experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing regulations, reimbursement structures, and state/federal healthcare compliance standards.
