Regional CDL-A Driver

Keep your boots on the pedals, not on the cargo. We are looking for Class A CDL drivers who want an easier, more predictable lifestyle on the road. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight (60% drop and hook) and a solid routine of 5 days on the road followed by 2 full days off.

Equipment and Comfort

We invest heavily in our fleet so you stay comfortable. 90% of our trucks are late-model Kenworth T680s (2022+) featuring automatic transmissions, APUs, and power inverters.

Full Pay Package

• Mileage Pay: $0.62 to $0.68 CPM (includes $0.16 per diem breakdown).
• Onboarding: $500 bonus.
• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $0.05 CPM for your first 6 months depending on experience level.
• Protection Pay: Full breakdown coverage (includes $75/day + motel) and detention pay ($15/hr after 2 hours). No forced NYC dispatch.
• Benefits: Full health, dental, and vision insurance.

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent Class A driving experience is strictly required.
• Valid Class A CDL.
