$7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Paid as follows:
- $1,000 after 2 weeks
- $1,000 after 60 days
- $1,250 after 6 months
- $1,750 after 9 months
- $2,500 after 12 months
Must maintain 98% on-time performance with no attendance issues, claims, accidents, or incidents.
Home Time
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset
- Weekend home time is not guaranteed
Freight Details
- Regional refrigerated grocery freight
- Running primarily in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio
- Approximately 1,600 miles per week
- Driver unload using pallet jack with occasional hand unloads
- Dual and tri-temp reefer trailers
- Must be able to move trailer bulkheads

CDL-A Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- At least 21 years old
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years
- No more than 10 jobs in the past 3 years
- Must not currently have a suspended license
- DUI/DWI, criminal history, and previous terminations reviewed case-by-case
- No Hazmat endorsement required
