TransForce is seeking  Class A Flatbed drivers for a Direct Hire position in Dalton, OH.

CDL A Driver Details 

• Schedule: Monday- Friday home every weekend, 2-3 nights out per week 

• Pay: $37.50 per hour, OT after 40 hours

• Route Type: Regional 400 mile radius, usually within 200-300 miles from terminal 

• Freight / Load Type: steel products, building materials, pipe, lumber

• Equipment: Automatic trucks
• Handling: Strap and tarp when needed. If you tarp more than 3 times per week there is a $75 bonus
• Trucks have refrigerators and hook ups for microwaves.
• Pet policy
• Rider policy
• Able to take the truck home 
• NO oversized loads

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: Class A 

• Experience: 2 years driving, 1 year flatbed 
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A  Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate NON CDL vehicles on local routes 

• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including strapping and tarping

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
