Dedicated Regional Dry Van Team Drivers – $1,500/Wk Guaranteed Target | 34-Hr Reset at Home 

Looking to lock in consistent team miles along dedicated West Coast lanes? We have immediate openings for dedicated dry van team drivers running out of the Sacramento area. Established teams and solo drivers looking to be matched are welcome.

Pay & Mileage

• Weekly Earnings: Average gross pay of $1,500 per driver weekly ($78,000/year target).
• Miles: ~5,000 team miles per week.
• Activity Pay: $15.00 unload pay per live unload.

Lanes & Schedule

• Corridors: Dedicated round-trips from Sacramento to Southern California (LA market) and the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID).
• Freight: Preloaded dry van freight and live unloads.
• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour restart at home.
• Shifts: Rotating day/night dispatches; weekend and holiday driving required.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Open to qualified trainees and experienced first-seat drivers (6+ months verifiable OTR experience within the last 12 months preferred)
• Primary residence within 45 miles of Sacramento, CA 

• Clean MVR and background check
• Must pass DOT physical, hair, and urine drug screenings
