Regional CDL-A Truck Driver | Home Weekends | Earn $1,400–$1,500/Week

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a regional fleet hauling dry van and refrigerated freight throughout the Midwest. This position offers weekly home weekends, consistent miles, no-touch freight, and excellent benefits, making it a great opportunity for drivers looking for strong earnings and quality home time.

Pay & Compensation

• Earn $1,400–$1,500 per week
• Starting pay: $0.55 CPM
• $0.85 CPM on all miles over 2,000 miles per week
• Average 2,200–2,400 miles per week
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $750 after Week 1
  • $750 after Week 2
  • $500 after 6 months

Actual earnings vary based on miles driven and dispatch.

Home Time

• Home every weekend for a 48-hour reset
• Home one night during the week
• Flexible home-time options available

Freight Details

• Dry Van and Refrigerated freight
• 99% No-Touch Freight
• Approximately 65% Drop & Hook
• Primarily Midwest regional routes
• Drivers must be willing to haul both van and reefer trailers
• Occasional Hazmat loads (approximately 10%)

• Automatic and manual transmission trucks available
• Take your truck home (where eligible)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Must be willing to operate both dry van and refrigerated trailers
• Safe driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements

Orientation

• Paid orientation ($300)
• Approximately 2.5 days
• Held in Quincy, IL
• Monday–Wednesday schedule
• Hotel accommodations provided
• Meals included
• Travel assistance available
