Position based in Erie, PA. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers for a Northeast regional fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers operate regional freight lanes that commonly run from Northern North Carolina through New England and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with scheduled home time Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average 1,500 miles per week (dependent on hours and freight availability)
- Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
- Up to $0.03 CPM performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- Top regional drivers can earn up to $1,850 weekly
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

Additional pay details (examples): $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour in detention pay after two hours.
Lane and route details
- Primary operating area covers the Northeast regional network (generally Virginia through Maine), with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
- Routes originate from and return to Erie, PA; occasional use of routes outside the primary area may occur to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
- Drivers who elect to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may have opportunities to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
- Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.
- Freight mix includes live loads and preloaded trailers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
