Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

Position based in Erie, PA. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers for a Northeast regional fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers operate regional freight lanes that commonly run from Northern North Carolina through New England and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with scheduled home time Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average 1,500 miles per week (dependent on hours and freight availability)
• Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
• Up to $0.03 CPM performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
• Top regional drivers can earn up to $1,850 weekly
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
• Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off

Additional pay details (examples): $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour in detention pay after two hours.

Lane and route details

• Primary operating area covers the Northeast regional network (generally Virginia through Maine), with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
• Routes originate from and return to Erie, PA; occasional use of routes outside the primary area may occur to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
• Drivers who elect to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may have opportunities to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
• Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.
• Freight mix includes live loads and preloaded trailers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
