Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based out of Toms River, NJ for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset.

What this lane offers:

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average ~1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul around 400 miles
• Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

• Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
• Drivers who choose to stay out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
• Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus, but not required.
