Regional CDL-A Truck Driver

We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional dry van account delivering retail freight throughout Arizona, Utah, and Southern California. This position offers weekly home time, consistent miles, take-home trucks, and dependable freight.

This is a physically active position and is ideal for drivers who don't mind unloading freight and providing excellent customer service.

Pay & Compensation

• Earn $1,400–$1,500 per week
• Average annual earnings of approximately $78,000
• Mileage pay based on experience:
• • 0–1 Year: $0.50 CPM
  • 2 Years: $0.51 CPM
  • 3 Years: $0.515 CPM
  • 4 Years: $0.525 CPM
  • 5 Years: $0.53 CPM
  • 6 Years: $0.54 CPM
  • 7 Years: $0.545 CPM
  • 9+ Years: Up to $0.56 CPM

Actual earnings depend on miles driven and experience.

Home Time

• Home every week with a 34-hour reset
• Take your assigned truck home or park at a secure location

Job Details

• Dedicated regional dry van routes
• Deliver retail merchandise to store locations
• Approximately 3 loads per week
• Driver unload using roto-carts and lift gates
• Customer deliveries
• Dry freight only

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience
• Must be able to unload freight using roto-carts and lift gates
• Must be comfortable lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Strong backing and maneuvering skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must meet DOT and company hiring standards
