About the Job

Ruan is hiring full-time regional drivers to to deliver palletized batteries via an electric pallet jack to retail stores for our dedicated customer based in Middletown, DE. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Enjoy weekly competitive pay starting at $33.50 per hour, plus overtime after 40 hours. Drivers earn an average of $1,875 per week, with yearly earnings averaging $97,000.

Schedule

Routes on this account leave out Sunday or Monday and return Friday or Saturday for a 34 hour reset. This route consists of multi-stop deliveries throughout the eastern regional network, operating in all states east of Ohio. Drivers enjoy consistent weekly home time.

Equipment

Hazardous material endorsement required within 60 Days, which Ruan can help to obtain.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• With the Department of Transportations Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
• Additional qualifications will apply
