Description
This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay, modern equipment, and operational support you need to succeed.
Pay & Compensation
Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay
Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight
Schedule & Home Time
Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states
Freight & Equipment
Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
