Responsibilities:
Summary
Provides leadership, communication, and guidance to all physicians, mid-level providers, clinic team leaders, and staff in assigned clinics, while promoting the values and mission of Forefront Dermatology
Accountable for cultivating clinic leadership, driving operational excellence, and delivering a patient experience that achieves the highest levels of patient satisfaction and retention
Accountable for clinic-level economic profitability and growth by monitoring and analyzing financial performance reports for individual physicians and mid-level providers, as well as clinics overall
Acts as the primary communication liaison between Support Services and clinics, including corporate policy and procedural changes as well as clinic operational protocols
Responsible for clinic staffing functions, partnering with Human Resources on candidate selection and interviewing, performance evaluations, and discipline and development
Effectively oversees multiple clinics (number varies based on clinician/staff count)
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree required. Preference may be given to candidates with education or training in a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, LPN, RN, or BSN.
Experience & Requirements
2 years of work experience in dermatology, 5 years of related work experience, demonstrated excellent team leader experience with Forefront Dermatology, or commensurate experience in a related healthcare setting
Must maintain current status on all applicable state certifications, licenses, and/or registrations
Valid driver's license and driving record that allows for insurability
Familiarity with computers and healthcare software, including:
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Patient scheduling programs
Microsoft Office® Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
