We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedRegional Clinical Director - Assisted Livingto support ourOhioregion. The selected candidate will be a keyadditionto our expanding Regional Leadership Team and will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Regional Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple Assisted Living communities.
- Partner with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and Care Teams to ensure high‑quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and support on‑site clinical teams in infection control, clinical standards, and best practices.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing clinical policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine site visits, audits, and assessments to evaluate clinical performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate clinical training programs to strengthen competencies and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to maintain alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute to strategies that enhance resident outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Prior multi-site or regional clinical leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing is preferred.
- Proven clinical leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ohio state regulations for Assisted Living and related care settings is required.
- A people-first leader with a strong commitment to fostering a positive team culture, mentoring staff, and promoting quality care.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to travel within the Ohio area (up to 70%).
